Athlete Performance

I've had a lot of success with my Athlete Performance programmes and training protocols from prepping MMA Welterweight World Champion Ross Houston for World Title defense fights, to our on-going training we are continuing as of now. On top of that, I've worked with Professional Footballers from their Pre Season conditioning, to Injury Rehab (specifically Hamstring and Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries) as well as former European Sprinting Champion as well as paralympic competitors. It is fair to say my experience working with Athletes is broad and something im constantly improving from week to week


Body Composition

Whether your goal is Fat/Weight Loss or Weight Gain, im well experienced in both areas. From individual clients losing upwards of 85lbs over a 10 month period doing only 1 PT session per week (starting weight 226lbs down to 146lbs), to getting people in the shape of their life for holidays. I put procedures in place to make this process as efficient as possible for you, however you have to put in the work to get those kind of results. There will be check ins weekly to monitor progress and maximise your accountability where il provide feedback in response to your check ins.


Online PT

Having clients from all areas across the country makes it almost impossible for me to work with them remotely, hence the launch of my Online PT Platform. 

Unlike most instagram PT's, my Online PT platform is at the front end of the market in terms of value and advancements you will recieve from my platform. It won't just be giving you a plan to follow. It will be weekly feedback videos from myself breaking down your progress daily from the previous week, monitoring your overload which I can see as you complete your sessions and upload results onto my platform. The breakdown and analysis of your week will be second to none, as you will have already seen the depth i go into on my instagram @Ianfindlay_pft. From performance parameters, nutrition goals, sleep quality, heart rate variance, recovery, water intake, micronutrient profiles of foods you're consuming to maximise your performance or goals whether you're an Athlete prepping for a World Title fight or Pre Season Football, to changing your body composition whether thats weight loss or gain. Online PT is often underrated whether thats previous bad experiences with Online PT or not understanding the value and insights I will provide through my Online PT platform.
